The Main House has on the ground floor a spacious open plan entrance hall, with a staircase leading to the first floor. The beamed lounge with granite fireplace, has a 42 inch flat screen LCD TV (English & French channels), DVD player with films, music system, hair dryer, games and books. A conservatory, overlooking the garden and surrounding fields, is ideal for reading and relaxing.

The beamed but modern kitchen with dining area includes American fridge freezer, marble worktop, integrated oven, microwave and dishwasher.  A large dining table that seats 10 and can be extended to seat more. The Ground floor has a cloakroom and a small office with unlimited internet access. There is also a Utility room with washing machine and tumble drier. All reception rooms open on to the large terrace. 

 

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, each have en-suite shower or bathroom. The two largest bedrooms each have a king size bed and a single bed and the third a double bed, in total accommodating 8 guests. The house has a large terrace with table, chairs and a barbecue overlooking the garden.

The house is centrally heated and has plenty of parking space. The cost is inclusive of all bed linen (not towels), heating, gas, water and electricity but a supplement is payable from 1st October to 30th April.
